Originally from the Rio Grande Valley, Monica Garcia moved to Eden, Texas, at the age of 12, later relocating to Kerrville, where she graduated from Tivy High School in 1997. In 1999, after marrying, she settled in Rocksprings, where she raised three children—Alfonso (24), Emma (20), and Adriana (18)—and now enjoys the company of five beloved grandchildren. Her family means the world to her.
Monica began her career in the title business in 2001, starting as a secretary. After the sudden loss of the office owner, she quickly trained to become an escrow officer, taking on greater responsibilities and thriving in the industry. Following her divorce in 2020, she remained in Rocksprings until her youngest daughter graduated high school.
With her daughter now pursuing a degree to become a travel nurse at Angelo State University, Monica made the move to San Angelo in September, where she’s excited to be closer to family, including her father and two sisters. She’s thrilled to join the team at Concho Valley Title Co. and looks forward to bringing her experience and dedication to her new role.
