Kim Kruse

Kim Kruse was born and raised in Lovington, New Mexico. After graduating, she found herself in the Lubbock area for college. Kim then moved to Plainview where she raised her son and started her career in the title and escrow business. 

Her entry into this industry was a matter of the right place and the right time! While closing on a home in Plainview, it was mentioned at the closing table that Kim was looking for a new job. The title company happened to be hiring, so Kim interviewed for the position during her closing and was hired the next day!

She worked at Hale County Abstract in Plainview for 23 years before moving back to Lubbock and working for Joy Title.  Kim has over 30 years of experience in the title and escrow business. She has seen the changes in the industry over the year and is truly an expert!   

When Kim is not working, she enjoys reading, traveling, and relaxing at home with her Basset Hound, Baxter. 

Over the years, Kim has been involved with the American Cancer Society and Meal on Wheels.  She is also a past Rotarian.
